- We bootstrap your tenant under the msp division.
- Your trial entitlement on the studio Trial tier activates instantly.
- You land on
/onboarding/first-conversation— the first-action route. - Open a new conversation with Ducky and ask anything — your first answer is on us.
Most teams hit their first Cavaridge Studio win in under 60 seconds.
Lifecycle of a trial
You'll get a welcome email at signup, a quick-start nudge at day 1 (only if you haven't done your first action), a feature spotlight at day 3, a check-in at day 7, and reminders at days 11, 13, and 14 about the trial ending. Day 21 — only if you didn't convert — we'll ask what we could have done better.
Every email respects the email-preferences you set at signup; transactional reminders (welcome + trial-ending) always go through, marketing-class emails (spotlights, surveys) require opt-in.
