Terms of Service

Plain-language terms governing your use of Cavaridge™. The legally controlling document is the Master Services Agreement signed at procurement (or the click-through accepted at signup) — this page is a readable summary.

1. Who we are

Cavaridge™ is a trade name of Cavaridge, LLC (the "Company"). The Company is the sole IP owner of the Cavaridge platform, the apps, the documentation, and the Cavaridge AI service (including the Ducky personality).

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your credentials. Cavaridge enforces multi-tenant isolation at the database, API, and UI layers; nonetheless, you must not share credentials with others or attempt to access data outside your tenant.

3. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or malicious use of the platform.
  • No attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or tenant isolation.
  • No use of Cavaridge AI to generate content that violates Anthropic's, OpenAI's, Google's, or any other underlying model provider's usage policies (those flow down through the Cavaridge AI routing layer).
  • No PHI through Cavaridge surfaces unless you've executed the BAA.

4. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

Plans, prices, and trial windows are listed at /pricing. Cavaridge bills monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellations stop renewal but do not refund the current period; pro-rated refunds are available at Cavaridge's discretion within 30 days of charge for service incidents that materially affected your access.

5. Service-level commitments

Cavaridge targets 99.9% monthly uptime on customer-facing surfaces. The live status page at status.cavaridge.app records every incident. Service credits, when applicable, are posted to your account and applied against the next invoice.

6. Data ownership

Your data is yours. Cavaridge does not train models on your data; AI requests are scoped to your tenant and never used for cross-tenant model training.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. On termination Cavaridge provides a 60-day data-export window; after that, data is purged per our retention schedule.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cavaridge's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. No indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms. Disputes resolved in the state and federal courts of Florida.
